Getting started
What is Crypteller?
Crypteller is a platform for running automated trading bots on your own Binance spot account. You pick a strategy — grid, DCA ladder, custom signals or a spot scalper — choose your coins, and the bot places the orders for you around the clock.
Do I need trading experience?
No. Ready-made templates give you sensible starting points, the builder explains every setting in plain English, and paper mode lets you watch a bot trade live prices before any real money is involved.
Which exchanges do you support?
Binance Spot. We would rather do one exchange properly than many exchanges badly.
Can I try it without risking money?
Yes. Bots can run in paper mode on live Binance prices with simulated fills, and custom signal strategies are backtested on up to 1,000 candles while you edit the rules. Go live only when you are ready.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Bots run on Crypteller's servers, so they keep trading when your browser is closed. Check in from any device whenever you like.
Safety & security
Is my money safe?
Crypteller trades spot only — no futures, no leverage and no borrowed money — so nothing can ever be liquidated. Every coin a bot buys is fully paid for and stays in your Binance account. If the price dips you still hold the coin; a loss only becomes real if you sell below what you paid.
Does Crypteller hold my money?
No. Your funds stay in your own Binance account. Crypteller connects with an API key that only needs trading permission — keep withdrawals switched off and the key cannot move funds off the exchange.
How are my API keys protected?
Keys are verified with Binance to confirm the account and its permissions, and they are stored encrypted. Crypteller only needs spot trading permission, and a single Binance account can only be linked to one Crypteller user.
What happens when the market crashes?
Grid Signal watches for flash crashes — a large drop on a volume spike — and higher-timeframe downtrends, and tells you to hold off instead of deploying a grid into a falling market. You can also cap how much money each bot deploys, and signal bots support stop-losses.
Will you ever add futures or leverage?
No. Staying spot-only is a deliberate decision: it keeps losses bounded to what you invest and keeps Crypteller usable for people who avoid leveraged products.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. No bot can guarantee profit. Crypteller gives you disciplined execution, clear risk controls and honest numbers — the market still decides the outcome.
Bots & strategies
Which bot should I start with?
If a coin is moving sideways, a grid bot usually fits best. If you want to build a position gradually as the price falls, use a DCA ladder. If you have a rule in mind — say, buy when RSI recovers from oversold — build it as a signal bot. Grid Signal tells you whether the current market suits a grid.
Which coins can my bots trade?
A hand-picked list of established coins chosen by the Crypteller team, traded against USDT, USDC and other major Binance pairs. Sticking to a curated list keeps your bots away from thin, easily manipulated markets.
Can one bot trade several coins?
Yes. A bot uses one quote currency — for example USDT — and can hold several coins, each with its own settings. How many coins fit in one bot depends on your plan.
Can I backtest a strategy?
Signal strategies are backtested automatically while you build them, on up to 1,000 candles of real Binance data, showing trades, win rate, net return and maximum drawdown. Results include a trading-fee allowance, but past performance never guarantees future results.
How are trading fees handled?
Crypteller records the commission Binance actually charged on every fill — including fees paid in BNB — and converts it into your quote currency, so profit figures are shown after fees.
Plans & billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan runs a bot on paper with live Binance prices and costs nothing. No card is needed to sign up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more bots or more coins per bot. The new limits apply to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like — your subscription simply won't renew and your account returns to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you can try Crypteller for free on paper first, payments are generally non-refundable — but duplicate charges and billing mistakes are always refunded. See the refund policy for the details.
