Simple rules for cancellations and refunds.
Try before you pay
Crypteller has a Free plan that runs a bot on paper with live Binance prices, so you can see how the Service works before buying a subscription.
Cancelling a subscription
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your account returns to the Free plan. Your bots, strategies and settings stay in your account; bots above the Free plan's limits may need to be paused or reduced.
Our refund approach
Because the Free plan lets you evaluate Crypteller first, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
When we do refund
We will refund a payment when:
- you were charged more than once for the same period;
- you were charged after a cancellation that we failed to process;
- a fault on our side prevented you from using your paid features for a significant part of the billing period; or
- a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
Trading losses
Refunds cover subscription fees only. Trading results — including losses, missed trades or fees charged by the exchange — are not refundable. See the Risk Disclosure.
How to request a refund
Please contact us within 14 days of the charge. To reach us, use our contact page, and include the email address on your account, the date and amount of the charge and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve billing issues faster directly.
