Please read these terms carefully. They explain what Crypteller does, what it doesn't do, and the rules that apply when you use it.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crypteller website, the Crypteller web application and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Crypteller ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
Crypteller is software that lets you configure automated trading strategies ("bots") and run them on your own account at Binance, a third-party cryptocurrency exchange. The Service only places orders on the spot market; it does not offer futures, margin or leveraged trading.
We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. We never hold your funds or crypto-assets — they remain in your exchange account at all times. Paper-trading mode simulates orders and does not trade real funds.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service and trading crypto-assets is lawful where you live, and for complying with the terms of your exchange.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Exchange accounts and API keys
To trade live you connect an exchange account using an API key you create. By connecting a key you authorise the Service to place, modify and cancel spot orders on that account according to the bots you configure.
- Create keys with trading permission only and keep withdrawals disabled. The Service never needs withdrawal access.
- We verify keys with the exchange and store them encrypted. A single exchange account may be linked to only one Crypteller user.
- You remain responsible for your exchange account, its security settings and any activity on it, including activity outside the Service.
- You can disconnect a key at any time in the app and should also revoke it at the exchange.
No financial advice
Nothing on the website or in the Service — including templates, coin lists, market checks, backtests, AI-generated estimates or example figures — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You decide which strategies, coins and amounts to use.
Trading risk
Trading crypto-assets is risky. Prices can fall sharply and stay low, and you can lose some or all of the money you trade. Backtests and paper trading do not predict future results. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
Plans and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and in the app. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your account returns to the Free plan. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading or any unlawful activity; resell or sublicense the Service without our permission; or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, network problems, exchange outages or changes to exchange APIs can delay, prevent or alter orders. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own trading while these Terms apply. Strategies and settings you create remain yours.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any strategy will be profitable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by market movements, exchange actions, delayed or failed orders, or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. When access ends, running bots stop placing orders; orders already resting on your exchange account may remain until you cancel them there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
